Brittany Montcalm has joined us as our Executive Assistant, playing a crucial role in keeping our operations
running smoothly. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help ensure that everything behind the
scenes stays on track.
Casey Bishop joined the team as a Customer Service Representative, bringing a friendly and knowledgeable presence to our front lines. She’s here to make sure our customers receive the outstanding support they deserve.
Nick Jensen is our newest Outside Plant Installer & Repairer, ensuring our network remains strong and reliable. His technical skills and dedication to top-quality service help keep our customers connected.
Bree Prater rounds out our new hires as our Sales and Marketing Coordinator, helping to spread the word about our services and connect with customers in meaningful ways. She’s already making an impact with fresh ideas and a passion for growing our brand and connecting with our members.
These new hires are a direct response to the incredible growth we’re experiencing. As we continue expanding our service area and welcoming more customers, having the right people in place is essential. Brittany, Casey, Nick, and Bree have quickly become integral members of our team, seamlessly integrating with our existing crew.

Reconnect 3 Update
March 2025
Last quarter, I shared how thrilled we were to finally clear the environmental study for our ReConnect 3
project, which will bring fiber internet to parts of Audrain and Montgomery counties. Well, the
excitement continues—we officially broke ground on the project just before the end of the year!
Construction is now underway, with crews working in two separate areas as part of Phase One. This is a
massive undertaking, spanning 475 square miles of rural Missouri, and it will keep us busy for the next
four years. We’re eager to bring fast, reliable fiber internet to these communities and will continue to
keep you updated as we make progress!
Broadening our Borders

Some of Kingdom’s long time neighbors are coming into the fold. Recently, we’ve expanded our network to include McKittrick, Youngers, Pinnacle Lake, and a segment of Tree Farm Road near High Hill. These areas now have access to the same dependable, underground fiber that serves the rest of our network, ensuring strong connectivity regardless of the weather. As we continue to grow, our goal remains the same—delivering the best possible service to the communities we serve.
